Product Development
We provide an experienced liaison between factory and you to implement design and manufacture of your custom hardware items. Our worldwide engineering staff has extensive product knowledge in Castings, Forgings, and Hot and Cold Formed fasteners. A systemized procedure for inspection and approval of first article parts and PPAP approval capabilities maintains quality. Our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM capabilities can assist during engineering.

Sales and Distribution Support
Tengco provides nationwide Sales & Distribution Centers to support OEM programs. We can administer annual and multi-year inventory management for Stock and Release and JIT programs. This enables our customers to place "Blanket Contracts" and give specific release dates for each item; maximizing inventory turns.


Our global network of manufacturers and distribution points insures flexible scheduling and best options for shipping.
A Senior Inventory Manager is assigned to each account. The SI Manager is responsible for monitoring all daily transactions taking place in the account. The SI Manager will analyze annual usage and establish efficient reorder points.

Your assigned SI Manager will prepare detailed monthly reports documenting the status of all open orders. This ensures proper inventory levels and avoids problems associated with fluctuating manufacturing cycles.

Logistics
Tengco utilizes a global network of proprietary computerized inventory logistics management system. This gives you real-time up to the minute inventory tracking along with a host of other advantages. Our new China Distribution Center can assist to maximize container loads and help you have more flexible scheduling of materials.

Tengco has long-standing relationships with all the major domestic and international transportation companies. We provide the logistics and in-depth systems to handle all the arrangements for brokerage fees, duties, customs and ocean/inland freight to streamline the import process.

Tengco can provide bar code labeling that is compatible with all major systems. We can even assist you in setting up a system if needed.
